Cancellation & Refund Policy

EIT  believes in best services in any case helping its Authorized Learning Centers(ALCs) as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation and refund policy.


Cancellation Policy


In case of Affiliation/Franchise fee:
Affiliation fees is taken at the time of approval of learnig center which is Non-Refundable at any circumstances after approval.

In case of Services:
If unfortunately you want to cancel an order, please do so within 2 days of making the payment i.e. before allocation of enrollment number, commencement of exam dates and other services provided by EIT.
Note: If a students cancels his/her candidature for any reason his/her online activation fees won't be reversed back in any case. It is responsibility of Concerned ALC/DLC to submit the fees to H.O in case of Offline Payment has been done at the centre.

In case of Product:
If unfortunately you want to cancel the order of product such as Student Kit, Printed Books, Prospectus, Forms etc., please do so within 3 days of your order.
 If you received the product and want to cancel your order, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.

Refund Policy:

Refund process will be start within 10 working days after the cancellation date and shall be completed within 15 working days. All the refund will be made in the form of Cheque or Demand Draft in favor of name specified in the billing address. If in case billing name is not specified Refunds will be made in the same Account used at the time of order, via NEFT.
