(PMKVY) Rourkela Centre Policies, Guidelines & Rights.

Centre Policies, Guidelines & Rights are applicable to students enrolling for Free Govt Scheme(PMKVY) in following courses such as Consignment Booking Assistant & Consignment Tracking Executive registering under Padmalaya Educational Trust.

 


1. Student Discretion: All the students Enrolled in Free Govt Project(PMKVY) are advised to follow guidelines mentioned in www.pmkvyofficial.org

2. Student Discretion: Involve Parents and Self Consent before taking Admissions to Free Govt Project(PMKVY).

3. Self Declaration: Student have to give declaration that Aadhaar Number will be shared with National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) for verifying if the Aadhaar                                       Number is seeded with a Bank.

4. Self Declaration: Student have to give declaration that the TC / SPIA has informed me that my reward money and other payments due to me will only be transferred to                                       my Aadhaar seeded bank account.

5. Self Declaration: Student have to give declaration that the SPIA / TC has informed me that the reward money and other payments due to me will only be transferred to                                       the bank account provided in section “Candidate Bank Account Details” for which non transctional Aadhaar seeded bank passbook to be deposited at                                       TC till disbursement from NSDC.

6. Self Declaration: Student have to give declaration that If he/she have not provided any bank details then he/she will not claim for any payments due to him/her at a                                       later stage.

7. Unethical Practices:  Student will be made dropout, Strict Warning or given notice If the student is found indulging in unethical practices such as offering/demanding                                       undue favors in cash or in kind to a staff/faculty, in order to influence the outcome of class exam OR with any other malafide intention affecting the                                       outcome of the training.

8. Non Adherence to PMKVY/centre Guidelines:  If a student is found showing non-adherence to PMKVY/Centre Guidelines then his/her certificate will be barred until                                       he/she give in a written letter of Apology in the presence of his/her Parents to Centre in Charge/TC/TP/Management Team for the same and after                                       Approval Certificate will be Issued.

9. Declaration by TC/TP:  No Personnel/Person in charge of TC/TP will be liable at any Point of time for any delay in Certification, declaration of Results, Student Reward                                       Money related Issues, change in policy or any other matter which is beyond the control of Tc/TP.

10. Rights of TC/TP:  The TC/TP has the right to cancel the candidature of student at any Point of time if he/she is found not following guidelines according to PMKVY,                                       Malpractice at Exams, Showing Dis-Respect to Faculty, Administration Staff or any Office bearer.

11. Rights of TC/TP:  The TC/TP has the right to Suit Civil as well as Criminal case against the Person(including students registered in PMKVY Centre) under Section 499 &                                       500 of Indian Panel Code(IPC), if he/she has defamed the name of the TC/TP, publicly or in Social Media, or Appealing in Social Media by using the                                       name of staff/members/Management with incorrect or falsified or under knowledge Information in Social media, Showing Dis-Respect to Faculty,                                       Administration Staff or any Office bearer, which causes injuiry to reputation and good name for Private Interest. Punishment for the guilty person is                                       simple imprisonment which may extend for Two Years or fine or both. Monetary compensation is also applicable under Law of tort for damages.
